With this note, APART, a brand owned by Rosa Lishan He with legal address at Carrer de les Sitges 8, 08001 Barcelona, Spain, intends to inform users visiting the website “www.apart.com” (hereinafter the “Site”) of the Policy adopted regarding the protection of personal data, underlining its commitment and attention concerning the safety of the privacy of visitors to the Site.

Navigation within the Site is free and does not require any registration, except in some areas where the user can freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him to access specifically identified services. This information is provided only for the APART Site and not for other websites that the user may consult via link links. APART cannot be held responsible for users’ data to external parties or websites linked to this Site.

 

6) “Profiling” and/or personalization tools

APART does not carry out any promotional and/or advertising communication activities without the user’s prior express consent.
